Ingredients

  • 55 ml DUSTERS SARSAPARILLA RUM
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 20 ml egg white (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Garnish: 3 drops aromatic bitters

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Add cubed ice and shake again until fully chilled.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Let foam set before service.
