  • 55 ml POOR MAMA KAROO MAMPOER
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 20 ml egg white (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Garnish: Apricot slice

Method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients first.
  2. Add ice and shake hard until chilled.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Rest briefly for foam set.
