Ingredients

  • 50 ml POOR MAMA KAROO MAMPOER
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 60 ml soda water
  • Ice cubes

Garnish: Pear fan

Method

  1. Shake spirit, lemon, and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Stir once lightly and serve.
